Terms and Conditions - Gulf Coast Stitch Co.

  1. Order Accuracy - Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, sizing, colors, and artwork. We are not responsible for errors if the information provided is incorrect.

  2. Proof Approval - If a digital proof is provided, production will begin only after the customer approves the design.

  3. Payment - Orders must be paid in full before production begins. We accept Credit Card, Payal, Venmo.

  4. Production Time - Custom embroidery typically takes 5-7 Days from order approval. Rush orders may be available for additional fee.

  5. Cancellations & Changes - Orders cannot be canceled or altered once production has started.

  6. Returns & Refunds - Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is defective or we made an error.

  7. Shipping & Delivery - Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Gulf Coast Stitch Co is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

  8. Color & Design Variations - Thread colors may vary slightly due to screen displays and dye lots. Minor variations in stitching are normal and considered part of the handmade process.

  9. Liability - Gulf Coast Stitch Co is not responsible for damages or losses once the product has been shipped.
